Glem Gas has released their new series of Italian cookers called the Glem Monolith range. Built with the latest Italian technology the range comprises three wide format upright cookers ($3999, $4999, $5999). The stainless steel design and professional appearance of the cookers replicates the restaurant-style-kitchen at home. High performance 90cm gas cooktops with flush cast iron trivets are both functional and stylish. Along with four burners and an additional centre triple ring wok burner, the cooktop provides ample space for large pans or woks, as well as smaller burners for simmering and lower heat tasks.
The wide 116-litre capacity ovens offer a choice between multifunctional electric ovens or Glem’s Bi Energyselect oven, which offers electricity or gas within the one oven. Other features include: triple glass panels in the door, removable for cleaning; full glass inner door; digital programmer; electronic ignition; and closed door electric grilling.
