Miele Australia has introduced two new built-in steam ovens. In addition to delicately steam-cook food, these ovens also can be used for reheating, defrosting, bottling and disinfecting. With around 90-minute tank-capacity, these steam ovens are able to simultaneously cook dishes on three levels for six to eight people, with no transfer of flavours from sweet and savoury dishes.
While both units offer perfect steaming results, the DG 5061 has the added convenience of more than 75 automatic programs. They are available in stainless steel with CleanSteel finish and have an easy-to-clean and durable stainless steel interior. The DG 5061 has an introductory price of $3199; and the DG 5040 has an introductory price of $2699.
