The Rawlinsons Construction Cost Guides operate in essentially the same way as the Cordell guides. Rawlinsons have both a commercial guide, the Australian Construction Handbook, and a residential guide, the Construction Cost Guide. Prices for building materials, processes and services are provided, correct to the date of publication. As opposed to the Cordell guides, the Rawlinsons are published annually with an update service provided for any market variations over the following 12 month period.
